With over 20 years of experience in Austin, our sushi chefs and staff take a deep pride in providing each and every guest with the highest quality of cuisine and service. We use only the finest, freshest ingredients, and refuse to serve and sub-standard dishes. We have been chosen as the "Best Japanese Restaurant" and as having the "Best Sushi" in polls by the readers of the Austin Chronicle.
Our restaurant is owned and operated by Mr. Norimitsu Nojima and his wife, Mrs. Kiyoko Nojima. Both are natives of Japan, and endeavor to bring an authentic Japanese experience to our customers. We use traditional recipes as well as our own creations, such as the "Longhorn Roll" and the "Godzilla Roll." We prepare all our meals with care to assure that your dining with us will be memorable.
We offer a daily "Happy Hour" (6:00 - 6:45 PM, Mon-Sat), featuring selected sushi nigiri and sushi rolls starting at $2, as well as a variety of flavorful appetizers. We also offer Happy Hour prices for draft Japanese beer and hot sake. Many guests rave that our Happy Hour is the best deal in town, and it provides a great opportunity for someone to sample sushi for the first time. Many people are surprised to learn that many types of sushi are cooked, and feature chicken and beef as well as seafood.
